TDC Ghana Ltd has donated GH₵10,000 to the Tema Technical Institute in celebration of World Architecture Day 2025, held under the theme “Design for Strength”.

The event highlighted TDC’s dedication to fostering architectural education and encouraging innovation among young designers and builders within Ghana’s technical institutions.

Receiving the donation, Mr. Nyamekye Armah, Principal of Tema Technical Institute, expressed profound gratitude to TDC Ghana Ltd for its continuous support toward the development of students in the built environment. He commended the company’s enduring partnership and its commitment to nurturing future professionals who will contribute meaningfully to national development.

The Head of the Architectural Drafting Department, Mr. Primus Edmund Kwasi Baidu, also lauded TDC’s gesture, describing it as a powerful motivation for students to pursue excellence and creativity in their work.

Delivering the keynote address on the theme, Mr. Christian Madja, Supervising Architect of TDC Ghana Ltd, urged students to view architecture as more than the design of structures, but as a lasting legacy that embodies responsibility, adaptability and sustainability. He encouraged them to approach every design with purpose and vision, reminding them that each idea and drawing has the potential to shape a stronger, more sustainable world.
