A delegation of traditional Chiefs from Poribon, led by Nana Osiafo Kokroko, Poribon Hene, Nana Akonobia, Poribon Nkosuo, Nana A. Obrempong, and Nana Poku Franka, paid a courtesy visit to TDC Managing Director, Mr. Courage K. M. Nunekpeku. The chiefs discussed the growing housing challenges faced by public sector workers and professionals in Amanokrom and surrounding areas, emphasizing the impact of housing shortages on productivity and retention. They highlighted Amanokrom’s increasing appeal as a residential and tourist destination, citing its serene environment and proximity to Accra, and assured TDC of available land for modern housing and hospitality development.

Mr. Nunekpeku expressed support for sustainable development, promising that a TDC technical team would evaluate Amanokrom’s housing and infrastructure needs for potential integration into TDC’s urban planning initiatives.
